Q. How long will it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

On working days, we will reply to you within 4 hours after receiving the inquiry.
Q. Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a factory, and we also have our own international trade department, we produce and sell by ourselves.

We specialized in designing and manufacturing hydraulic winches, hydraulic motors and planetary gearboxes for more than twenty years.
Q. What application fields do your products mainly involve?

Our products have been proven strongly in diverse applications, including not limiting industrial machinery, construction machinery, ship & deck machinery, off-shore equipment, mining, and metallurgical machinery.
Q. Can you do customized products?

Yes, we also do customized products, we develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.
Q. Are you producing standard parts?

Yes, we basically produce according to international standard parts.
Q. How many employees does your company have, including how many technicians?

We have more than 450 employees, including more than 30 professional and technical personnel.
Q. How does your company guarantee product quality?

We will have a corresponding inspection after each process. For the final products, we will test according to customer requirements and international standards; we have a complete inspection system and domestic advanced laboratories. It can fully guarantee to provide customers with high-quality castings, and at the same time ensure that customers meet the requirements of physical and chemical properties of materials, non-destructive testing, and high-precision geometric dimension testing.
Q. What is the payment method?

When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF, or other methods. For mass-production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance against a copy of documents, common way is by T/T, L/C is also acceptable.
Q. How to ship the goods to customers?

Usually, we ship by sea, because we are located in Ningbo City, and close to Ningbo port, so sea export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also transport them by air. Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us.
Q. Where are your goods mainly exported to?

So far, besides China, our domestic market, we have widely exported our products to the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, Russia, Turkey, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, India and Iran.
