INI Hydraulic Co., Ltd. has specialized in designing and manufacturing hydraulic winches, hydraulic motors and planetary gearboxes for more than twenty years. We are one of the professional Construction Machinery Accessory Suppliers in Asia. Customizing to optimize customers’ ingenious equipment designs is our way to stay alive robustly in the market. Over 26 years, driven by the commitment of always innovating to satisfy customers’ needs, we have developed a wide range of product lines based on our self-developed technologies. The wide spectrum of products, each correlating intimately, contains hydraulic and electric winches, planetary gearboxes, slewing drives, transmission drives, hydraulic motors, pumps and hydraulic systems.

The certifications, that our products have obtained, include EC-Type Examination Certificate, BV MODE, DNV GL Certificate, EC Attestation of Conformity, Certificate of Type Approval for Marine Product and Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance. So far, besides China, our domestic market, we have widely exported our products to the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, Russia, Turkey, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, India and Iran. DEVELOPMENT HISTORY

  • 1996

    Established a joint venture with Italian SAI company "Sino-foreign joint venture Ningbo INI Hydraulic Co., Ltd."

  • 1997

    Rented a 500-square-meter factory building and officially put it into production to produce GM series hydraulic motors.

  • 1998

    Undertake the national "Hundred Ships Project" project and develop hydraulic winches and control systems for dredgers;
    Obtained the qualification of "Ningbo High-tech Enterprise".

  • 2001

    The self-built 4,800 square meter factory building was completed and put into use;
    Passed ISO9001 quality management system certification for the 1st time.

  • 2006~2007

    The new location of the factory was moved to No. 288, Batou West Road, Beilun.
    IKY series hydraulic transmission device won the National Torch Program Project Certificate;

  • 2008

    Obtained the qualification of “National High-tech Enterprise”.
    Won the honor of "Ningbo Patent Demonstration Enterprise".

  • 2010

    The dump boat winch obtained the 1st “DNV” (Det Norske Veritas) certificate in China;
    Hydraulic motors, hydraulic transmission devices, and hydraulic winches have obtained EU CE certificates respectively.

  • 2014

    Chunxiao factory was put into operation;
    The IYJ46 dynamic compactor winch won the "2014 Technology Innovation Award" from the China Construction Machinery Industry Internet.

  • 2016

    Passed the "Intellectual Property Management System" certification
    Participated in the formulation of the national standard "XP type planetary gear reducer" [GB/T 32798-2016]

  • 2020

    Passed the review of the "Integrated Hydraulic Winch" Zhejiang Made "Quality" word mark standard
    "Hydraulic product parts processing digital workshop" was listed as a digital workshop project in Zhejiang Province.

  • 2022

    Introduced a new management model and won the Ningbo Beilun District Government Quality Award;
    "Integrated hydraulic winch" won the title of Zhejiang Made Quality Product;
    Won the title of Ningbo Single Champion Cultivation Enterprise.
